Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active within 48-72 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on our website or the carrier's portal.
4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so there is a limited window to cancel or change your order details. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sp.lushrefuge@gmail.com. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it once the order has entered processing.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
